Member Relations

Become a member of Midlands Co-op and you can enjoy lots of benefits. You can meet other members through our varied programme of activities, exercise your right to have a say in the running of the Society and receive a benefit in the form of dividend, based on purchases. Twice a year there are also special member discount days.

Our Member Relations Officers in Birmingham, Derby and Leicester provide face-to-face contact with our members. Working with elected representative committees, they organise a varied programme of events for members and member groups, to encourage interest in the Society's business. The programmes encompass a wide range of educational, social, cultural and leisure activities.

Member Relations also aims to take 'co-operation' out into the communities in which we trade, highlighting its practical application by joint working.

New ideas and initiatives are always welcome, so if you feel there is a gap in the programme and would like to put forward a suggestion, contact the Member Relations Officer in your area.
