Application forms are available in all our Society stores or by contacting the Society. A minimum deposit of £1.00 is required.

Can I join online?

Sorry no, due to FSA regulations we need to see two proofs of identity and we need your signature to authorise future transactions.
Take your completed member application form to a local store or Member Relations Centre with two proofs of identity and a minimum of one pound!

  • Become a co-owner of all parts of the Midlands Co-operative Society.
  • Have a say in the way the Society is run through attending the half yearly members’ meetings at which the Board of Directors report on the Society's progress and answer any questions posed by members.
  • Are able to vote in elections for the Society's Regional and Member Relations Committees.
  • Can stand for election yourself (subject to Society rules).
  • Will receive the Member's Card to record your purchases.
  • Attend Members' consumer and social events.
  • Can join in one or more of the many classes, groups and educational activities offered by Member Relations.
  • Learn about Co-operation.
  • Receive exclusive discount offers.
